Business Transformation Analyst

📋 Description

• Focus on Business Process and Change Management

• Evaluate existing operations, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and create sustainable future-state solutions across various functional domains

• Lead workshops, map out business processes, assess technology and SaaS readiness, and convert findings into actionable recommendations

• Navigate intricate organizational dynamics and cultivate trust with stakeholders at all levels

• Promote the adoption of new processes and methodologies through effective communication, critical thinking, and change management strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within a higher education institution

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Organizational Change Management, or a related transformation-oriented role

• Proven experience in facilitating process discovery sessions, documenting current-state workflows, and designing future-state business processes

• Strong capability to lead workshops and stakeholder interviews, document existing processes, and create clear, actionable future-state workflows across complex functional areas

• Demonstrated knowledge of higher education operations (e.g., Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Finance, HR, Payroll, Academic Affairs, Student Success)

• Established experience in navigating complex organizational dynamics, fostering trust with stakeholders, and effectively engaging executive leadership through strong communication and storytelling at the executive level

• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities with the skill to identify root causes, interpret behavioral and organizational signals, and convert insights into evidence-based recommendations

• Experience in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, including ERP/SaaS assessments, process improvement, and change management strategies that promote adoption and sustained organizational change

• Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus
