Business Tax Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client communications through calls.

• Provide presentations of tax returns and strategies to clients.

• Accurately prepare tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations.

• Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Gather, organize, and input financial information into tax software.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.

• Collaborate closely with the bookkeeping team to ensure precise financial reporting and efficient tax preparation.

• Offer comprehensive tax preparation and strategic services.

• Provide financial insights to support women-owned businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite.

• Over 3 years of tax preparation experience, especially with LLCs and S Corporations.

• Experience in client-facing roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Availability for 5 days a week during core business hours, 9–5 EST.

• Flexibility during periods of lower activity.

• Detail-oriented, composed, and adaptable.
