This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Evaluate, design, configure, test, implement, and support the software configuration of healthcare platforms.
• Assess change requests for alignment and compatibility with current systems.
• Diagnose configuration issues and determine necessary modifications.
• Execute business functions within predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze intricate business requirements and conduct configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.
• Create prototype configurations.
• Analyze and design configurations to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
• Appropriately escalate and resolve issues.
• Provide precise activity estimates and clear status updates.
• Recognize when configurations fall short of requirements and assist in defining relevant business processes.
• Work autonomously while also collaborating with teams.
• Lead or support project initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of technical and functional architecture and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Train and mentor colleagues.
• Review comprehensive business processes for operational and technological risks.
• Offer leadership, guidance, mentoring, and relationship-building to team members and peers.
• Present recommendations to peers, senior management, external vendors, and clients.
• Oversee reviews of benefits or provider reimbursement and design necessary adjustments.
• Conduct configuration quality audits.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in healthcare, business analysis, or information systems.
• At least three years of technical experience with a healthcare platform in roles such as configuration analyst, business or project analyst, or within information systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Understanding of relational database principles.
• Competence in creating and modifying complex SQL scripts.
• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours to fulfill business requirements.
