This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve a varied international student population for Master's-level programs at universities in Australia and Asia.

• Offer subject matter expertise to groups of 30–35 undergraduate online learners.

• Assist students with academic writing, research, and effective time management.

• Provide direction on appropriate reference materials.

• Conduct a 2-hour online session on Mondays or Tuesdays.

• Evaluate assignments and deliver comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Offer proactive, prompt, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and issues.

• Communicate with students through email, phone calls, and online sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in an ICT-related discipline.

• Minimum of 2+ years of corporate experience.

• At least 3+ years of teaching experience in relevant areas.

• Knowledge and experience in BPM or Systems Design.

• Strong understanding of business process management and process modeling techniques.

• Proficiency in business process management (BPM), process modeling and BPMN, business process analysis, process mapping tools, qualitative and quantitative analysis, information technology in BPM, process improvement strategies, and operational problem-solving.

• Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality, eager to collaborate with individuals from various cultures.

• Proficient in English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Must have a working laptop.

• High-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection required.

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university's LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST).

• Commitment to respond to student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.
