This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Analyze and deliver solutions for business processes, integration, and automation that are aligned with business goals and continuous improvement efforts.
• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize requirements for processes and integrations.
• Evaluate existing end-to-end business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Identify and document integration touchpoints, dependencies, and impacts across ERP, CRM, and related platforms.
• Define requirements that are aware of integration needs, including data flows and transformations, system triggers and events, as well as error handling and exception scenarios.
• Design and document future-state processes with automation as a fundamental consideration.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, such as process maps and flow diagrams, functional and integration requirements, and business rules and assumptions.
• Serve as a crucial liaison between the business and Technology and IS teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout change initiatives.
• Support delivery teams by offering clarifications during implementation without taking ownership of technical design or build.
• Provide expert guidance and assistance to business users, including process walkthroughs and training support.
• Contribute to the automation and integration of both existing and new systems.
• Deliver regular progress updates and weekly RAG status reports to management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong background in business process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple integrated systems.
• Ability to identify and articulate automation opportunities within business processes.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in producing clear and well-organized requirements and process documentation.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM platforms, and Workflow/Automation software.
• Familiarity with event-based automation.
• Exposure to system integration methods, including APIs, middleware, and iPaaS.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as necessary.
