Business Systems Analyst – AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate business workflows into clearly defined, implementation-ready requirements for AI-driven automation.

• Work closely with AI Automation Engineers to ensure that initiatives are scalable and aligned with business outcomes.

• Engage in requirement discovery and process analysis with stakeholders.

• Map and document both current-state and future-state processes.

• Develop user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven solutions.

• Contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning to maintain clarity on requirements.

• Assist in testing and UAT validation for AI-enabled workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (mandatory).

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.

• Proven experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, system integrations, APIs, n8n, Boomi, or automation platforms.

• Strong comprehension of Agentic AI, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, data mapping concepts, and workflow orchestration patterns.

• Experience in documenting requirements for automation, AI-driven workflows, system interactions, and business process transformations.

• Ability to interpret technical design documents and collaborate effectively with AI Automation Engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
