Business System Analyst – Pharmaceutical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent sales analytics, pipeline evaluations, and forecasting assistance.

• Aid in sales review and performance assessment meetings.

• Evaluate and communicate sales KPIs for both individuals and teams responsible for achieving commitments and objectives.

• Assess performance in relation to goals to pinpoint trends and areas needing improvement.

• Develop, update, and disseminate sales reports and dashboards for the Sales team and Management.

• Assist Sales teams with managing Salesforce data.

• Support dashboard upkeep and initiatives aimed at enhancing CRM data quality.

• Offer assistance for Salesforce, LIMS, ELN, and various business applications.

• Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation tasks, and the implementation of system modifications.

• Collaborate closely with product owners to grasp business requirements.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams from operations, sales, IT, and laboratories.

• Collect and interpret business requirements, assist end users and provide training, while promoting process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Background in pharmaceuticals, laboratory, testing sector, or commercial operations.

• Familiarity with LIMS, Salesforce, or document workflow systems.

• More than 2 years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required; advanced skills are preferred (data analysis, converting reports into actionable files).

• Proficient user-level skills in LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
