Business System Analyst – CoinsPaid Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Collecting, validating, and documenting both business and system requirements.

• Analyzing business processes, including cryptocurrency transaction flows, and identifying areas for process enhancement.

• Recognizing issues, risks, and advantages of current and proposed solutions, detailing both business and technical impacts.

• Designing and documenting integrations with external systems, such as blockchain networks, liquidity providers, and payment systems.

• Producing functional and system specifications, including PRD, SRS, API specifications, and diagrams.

• Clarifying intricate technical and blockchain-related concepts for cross-functional teams.

• Defining business challenges through thorough investigation and gathering both technical and non-technical information.

• Specifying detailed requirements and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business needs.

• Engaging in integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of financial and transaction flows.

• Enhancing and maintaining the standards of product and project documentation.

• Contributing to the development of methods and techniques for requirements management and business case formulation.

• Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams on solution design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to convey complex ideas in a straightforward and user-friendly manner.

• Effective logical reasoning and a structured approach.

• High level of prioritization, focus, and self-motivation.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with business analysis tools and process modeling (BPMN, UML, etc.).

• Proficient in English at B2 level (both spoken and written).
