Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of defining and documenting data integration requirements between Partex.AI and all internal and external data sources.

• Determine and document which integrations should be developed for the existing SQL Server Data Warehouse compared to Databricks.

• Prioritize integrations based on business needs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and clinical operations stakeholders to convert feasibility workflow requirements into platform specifications.

• Oversee the health of integrations and ensure data quality within the outputs of Partex.AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Analyst.

• Proficient in data integration requirements, field mapping, and establishing business rules.

• Strong background in data quality analysis and agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, or other regulated sectors.

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is essential (from B2 level to C1/C2).

• Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan.
