📋 Description

• Conduct research, assess, and propose the adoption of new technologies and applications.

• Oversee and prioritize project tasks.

• Aid in the design and development of systems to achieve optimal efficiencies and reduce costs.

• Execute testing while providing technical support and training.

• Develop and sustain procedural documentation.

• Test and troubleshoot title and escrow business applications.

• Provide end-user support for designated applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with title operating software.

• Experience in the real estate industry.

• Background in title or title closing procedures.

• Proficiency in Visual Basics.
