Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Collect and oversee the backlog of requirements

• Organize and schedule sprints

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies

• Eliminate obstacles and assist the team

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a client-facing Senior Business Analyst on a variety of project sizes.

• Comfortable challenging assumptions and collaborating with customers’ Product Owners to define a Proof of Concept (PoC) or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a product.

• Proficient in organizing backlogs to define a product using epics and features that align with both business needs and technical architecture.

• Capable of writing clear, testable user stories that incorporate Gherkin acceptance criteria.

• Skilled in leading Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning Sessions, Iteration Planning Sessions, Project Discovery Sessions, and Backlog Refinement Sessions.

• Deep understanding of Scrum methodology.

• Extensive experience working within an Agile team to agree upon and develop system or product designs based on user requirements, and translating these into user stories.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels.

• Strong modeling skills across data, application, and business process domains using standard modeling conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN, etc.).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
