Health IT Business Analyst II – Program Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate Health IT programs, projects, and contractual activities that impact the unit.

• Assist in the analysis of requirements for IT integrations related to modernization and enterprise initiatives.

• Convert stakeholder concerns and requirements into technical recommendations and insights.

• Assess and validate contractor deliverables to ensure they align with IT priorities.

• Perform impact analyses for suggested changes in systems, policies, or processes.

• Aid in preparing leadership briefings, executive summaries, and data-driven decision support.

• Collaborate with HITU stakeholders to guarantee alignment.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues that could affect HITU initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing intricate Health IT or enterprise IT systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT workflows and healthcare operations.

• Capability to translate technical information into insights suitable for executive-level audiences.

• Experience in supporting federal IT programs or contracts.

• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination and documentation.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust).

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
