This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Address client inquiries by asking insightful questions to ascertain the issue at hand
• Resolve questions related to products and training
• Provide support and training for clients through phone, email, and live chat
• Record issues in Salesforce and suggest solutions
• Keep informed about Meevo product knowledge and internal business operations
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree is preferred
• Dependable Internet Service Provider
• Exceptional communication abilities
• 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related position
• Proficient with technology
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
