This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide daily administrative support across various departments.
• Organize meetings, schedules, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications effectively.
• Maintain organized records and business files for easy access.
• Address incoming inquiries and appropriately route or resolve requests.
• Manage entries in the ticketing system and ensure proper tracking of issues.
• Request, review, and follow up on supplier quotations as needed.
• Communicate updates and requirements with suppliers and clients.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, quotations, and relevant documentation.
• Support onboarding processes and account setup procedures.
• Ensure CRM accuracy by updating customer records regularly.
• Help with user access requests and perform system administration tasks.
• Keep internal workflows and records current and up to date.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative, operational, or similar support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a dedication to accuracy and high-quality work.
• Highly organized, dependable, and adept at managing time and responsibilities.
• Confident in working independently, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools, platforms, or methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proper grammar and spelling.
• Must possess a reliable laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-equipped home workspace.
