Business Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team and business leaders to enhance commercial strategy.

• Manage and resolve customer chargeback disputes effectively.

• Keep documentation updated and maintain revenue reports pertaining to customer chargebacks.

• Work alongside Sales and Finance to file customer tariff claims.

• Offer reporting and data management assistance for the Fastener Sales Team.

• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Program Management on essential commercial tasks and process enhancement initiatives.

• Assist with requests in Smartsheet.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Sales.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Finance or Business Analyst.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business requirements.

• Strong curiosity and analytical skills.
