This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the vision, strategy, market expansion, and delivery methods for Brown and Caldwell’s emerging business solutions portfolio.
• Conduct business assessments and formulate implementation strategies and plans tailored for utility clients.
• Assist clients in their comprehensive planning efforts, aligning strategic objectives with execution.
• Establish guidelines, processes, and procedures for various client functional areas.
• Oversee organizational development and management services.
• Identify and evaluate risks impacting both Brown and Caldwell and client organizations.
• Create governance and policy frameworks.
• Enhance company standards and best practices.
• Develop value propositions, roadmaps, business cases, proposals, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with Advisory Services, Client Service Teams, and Regional Practice Leaders.
• Mentor, guide, and share expertise with junior team members.
• Adjust and undertake additional tasks as business requirements change.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience in leading projects.
• Skilled in analyzing organizational and business requirements, alongside expertise in organizational development and change management.
• Typically certified in the SMS Framework and advancing through SMS competencies.
• Strong competency in systems thinking.
• Proficient in researching, developing, and articulating client business factors.
• Expertise in organizational function and structure.
• Skilled in applying principles of organizational development and management.
• Proficient in workforce development, performance enhancement, and organizational design.
• Working knowledge in governance and policy formulation.
• Advanced facilitation and interviewing capabilities.
• Exceptional written, oral, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in risk identification, mitigation, and management.
• Advanced skills in business process analysis, mapping, and development.
• Working proficiency in utilizing digital solutions, AI tools, and technology systems.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications, or a related field.
