Business Services Analyst – Analyste, relations avec les partenaires

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Foster and sustain trustworthy relationships with partner organizations and members.

• Facilitate discussions with partners to comprehend their needs, challenges, and emerging trends.

• Represent the organization at external meetings, working groups, and industry events to enhance relationships and gather market insights.

• Gather, synthesize, and document partner insights in a clear and structured manner.

• Convert external feedback into evidence-based contributions that guide product discovery, prioritization discussions, and roadmap development.

• Identify recurring themes, unmet needs, and potential opportunities among partners and the wider market.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure that partner viewpoints are well understood and integrated into planning and decision-making.

• Assist product teams by offering contextual insights, validation, and impact analysis for partners—without making product decisions.

• Recognize opportunities for new partnerships or enhancements that align with product direction and the organization's strategy.

• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding partnership strategies, ecosystem positioning, and sector dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, business analysis, economics, public administration, communications, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in external relations, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, or similar roles.

• Familiarity with medical education, ideally within a faculty of medicine, medical school, residency program, or similar context related to the CaRMS match process and medical education landscape.

• Experience in market analysis and relationship management.

• Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Asana, etc.).

• Bilingual in English and French.
