This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking policies, compliance programs, and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with business line teams to integrate policy, compliance, and governance requirements into processes and procedures.
• Assist in the administration and execution of First Line Risk & Controls governance programs and risk management activities.
• Develop, implement, sustain, and periodically review governance standards, procedures, job aids, and documentation.
• Coordinate the review, approval, publication, distribution, and version control of documents with stakeholders.
• Manage governance inventories, repositories, records, and program documentation.
• Aid the Business Risk & Controls Program Manager with reporting, initiative tracking, and monitoring outstanding actions and commitments.
• Work collaboratively with business partners and governance stakeholders to foster consistent governance processes and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Support recurring governance tasks, reviews, monitoring, committee activities, and reporting cycles.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements to governance programs, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Assist in governance-related communications, training materials, and awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives related to risk and control governance.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management principles, policies, and procedures.
• Provide consistent, high-level service in accordance with Serving More standards.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or higher is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector, ideally in project/program management, risk management, compliance, internal audit, quality control/assurance, or operations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting and automation aimed at process improvement and efficiencies.
• Familiarity with Automated Intelligence.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to understand and follow directions.
• Flexibility to adapt to change.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships.

• Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
