This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete hiring process across various business functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, G&A, and other specialized teams.

• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to clarify talent requirements, align on hiring strategies, and address critical growth objectives.

• Design candidate experiences that embody TRM’s culture, values, and high standards of talent at every interaction.

• Formulate innovative sourcing strategies and market analyses to discover and engage top-tier talent in competitive landscapes.

• Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted hiring consultant, aiding in the definition of what “great” means across different business roles.

• Establish proactive talent pipelines to ensure TRM can adapt swiftly to new priorities and evolving business requirements.

• Enhance recruiting processes, interview methodologies, and hiring workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency.

• Leverage data and market insights to guide hiring teams, pinpoint bottlenecks, and make informed recruiting decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting within high-growth, fast-paced environments.

• Experience working with senior leaders and executives as a strategic talent advisor.

• Capability to quickly understand new functions and translate business needs into clear hiring profiles.

• Strong sourcing abilities and talent pipeline development in competitive markets.

• Proficiency in managing a high volume of diverse requisitions while ensuring attention to detail and a positive candidate experience.

• Exceptional communication skills, along with a structured, proactive, and asynchronous working style.

• Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate with urgency and ambiguity in a globally distributed setting.
