This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Collaborate closely with Business Leaders to define roles, comprehend team requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the complete hiring process from initial outreach to the final offer.
• Take charge of business hiring across various functions including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR.
• Evaluate candidates effectively before involving hiring managers, without requiring simplified role requirements.
• Develop and execute a structured, data-driven recruitment approach that aligns with both individual role specifications and the long-term objectives of the company.
• Establish, nurture, and consistently expand a robust network of top-tier business talent for future recruitment needs.
• Enhance our employer brand and position the company as a leading choice for business professionals.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every phase of the recruitment process.
• Utilize your expertise to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• A strong commitment to excellence along with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated in-house experience in recruiting for business roles within a high-growth company, possessing ownership of a commercial hiring function.
• Comprehensive knowledge across business disciplines such as compliance, risk, marketing, finance, operations, and HR.
• Capability to assess candidate strengths and cultural fit without needing simplified role requirements.
• Understanding of commercial principles: able to grasp how a business functions and interacts with its markets, and engage business leaders as equals.
• Proven experience in sourcing independently, establishing pipelines from the ground up, and managing commercial stakeholders.
• Track record of measurable success across key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates.
• Exceptional interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Strong writing proficiency.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
