Business Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements for sales, marketing, and affiliate positions;

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers;

• Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and more;

• Guarantee a smooth and engaging candidate journey throughout the hiring process;

• Keep abreast of the latest hiring trends in the sales, marketing, and affiliate sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or affiliate positions;

• Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (C1);

• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management;

• Capability to handle multiple roles and priorities efficiently;

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software;

• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
