This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the complete hiring process: from the initial conversation to the final offer, you'll manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Focus on sourcing: outbound recruitment is crucial; you'll be continually developing the candidate pipeline. As Junction is not yet widely recognized, your outreach must be distinctive.
• Expand our presence in the healthcare tech sector: we aim to establish a strong reputation, and you'll assist in achieving this through content creation, community engagement, introductions, events, and any effective methods.
• Maintain candidate momentum: seek feedback, remove obstacles, and ensure exceptional candidates progress smoothly through the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers: clarify our actual needs, develop effective interview strategies, and maintain high standards.
• Treat candidates with respect: ensure a swift process and clear communication, so even a rejection feels considerate of their time.
• Improve our hiring process: you’ll refine scorecards, calibration, and feedback mechanisms, providing just enough structure to facilitate sound decision-making without hindering progress.
• Provide data-driven feedback: share insights on compensation expectations, candidate feedback, areas where we lose candidates, and recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in startups: you've successfully recruited for an early-stage company with high standards, particularly for business roles (Operations, Support, and G&A). You thrive in fast-paced environments where roles evolve rapidly.
• Proactive operator: you take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and keep processes on track.
• Comprehensive hiring experience: you can manage the entire hiring process from start to finish and keep several roles progressing simultaneously. Each hire is significant to you; they are not just a number.
• Sourcing-driven mindset: you enjoy outbound recruitment and do not rely solely on inbound applications to create a strong pipeline.
• Adaptable with undefined roles: you are capable of recruiting for positions that are not fully defined yet (such as a new operations function, a pioneering Support hire, or roles that require building from scratch).
• Effective asynchronous communicator: you write clearly, keep teams aligned across different time zones, and avoid unnecessary meetings.
• Strong decision-making skills: you understand what excellence looks like and can articulate a clear yes/no without ambiguity.
