Business Process Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the acquisition, growth, and upkeep of HireRight’s data sources.

• Guarantees that the data sources align with HireRight's quality standards.

• Delivers precise, timely, and professional feedback regarding the evaluation and analysis of data sources.

• Comprehends HireRight’s systems and departmental processes.

• Coordinates data acquisition targets to enhance HireRight’s competitive edge.

• Assesses data depth, coverage, and return on investment.

• Recognizes and implements efficiencies in the acquisition process.

• Aids in the maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control.

• Collaborates with team members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME).

• Sustains business relationships with current data source providers and initiates contact for data updates.

• Investigates source maintenance issues by directly working with providers, courts, and personnel, providing data acquisition instructions as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Bachelor’s or Criminal Justice Degree is preferred.

• Previous documentation and research experience is necessary.

• Training experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in a computer-based Internet/Windows environment is required.

• Effective verbal communication skills are essential.

• Experience in managing multiple projects with changing priorities is necessary.

• Purchasing or supply chain experience is advantageous.
