Business Process Manager – Quality Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage the GO-Title Quality Governance division.

• Set enterprise-level quality standards and governance procedures.

• Create operational quality strategies that align with business objectives.

• Supervise enterprise quality performance and the effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Track operational quality metrics and compile reports.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives at the enterprise level.

• Ensure the effective use of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Forge strategic alliances with stakeholders and operational leadership.

• Act as an escalation point for major quality issues.

• Facilitate executive-level quality reviews and discussions on operational alignment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Leads and Senior Quality Leads.

• Manage enterprise quality reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries.

• Spearhead enterprise quality transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in operations, quality, title, or a related business sector.

• Preferred experience in leading quality governance and operational improvement initiatives.

• Preferred experience in facilitating discussions at the executive level.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and operational governance.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences.

• Capability to influence in both operational and executive settings.

• Leadership style focused on customer service.

• Experience in leading operational improvement projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
