This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate and monitor acquisitions throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Perform Labor Category (LCAT) verifications to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Route Project Work Authorization requests for approval and documentation purposes.
• Log, track, and report on employee travel requests.
• Provide support to Task Order Managers with various projects.
• Track and manage Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).
• Prepare and sustain Partner Call agendas.
• Document action items and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Create and maintain artifacts for task order tracking.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and minimize administrative bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between Task Order Managers and team members.
• Support activities related to the Federal EHR Modernization program and the mission of the Indian Health Service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• More than 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Administrative/Operations capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Level 5 Public Trust.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
• Strong preference for experience with Concur, Workday, SC360, and PowerApps.
• Prior experience in supporting Contract and Task Order Management functions on federal contracts is preferred.
• Familiarity with Indian Health Service systems, health IT programs, and related compliance requirements is preferred.
• Experience in preparing AIR forms, SOWs, and MPRs is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDIT or similar program-specific tools, policies, and processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within the Indian Health Service is a plus.
