📋 Description

• Assisting the International Project Manager, the Business Process Analyst - International is tasked with data extraction and analysis, documentation of comprehensive business processes, and the creation of clear, actionable reports.

• This position also requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee data precision, process alignment, and effective communication in support of international project initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.

• Strong foundational skills in business analysis and project management.

• Proficient at gathering, organizing, and evaluating data.

• Capable of juggling multiple assignments with conflicting priorities by consistently reassessing project statuses, identifying issues and risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and escalating when necessary.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience collaborating with development and support teams.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its products is preferred.
