Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for defining, developing, and implementing mid-office technology solutions and systems that are agent-facing.

• Lead testing initiatives, document system functionalities, and processes for operational and support teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all supported platforms.

• Manage the assessment and implementation of automation-related requests and projects, which include quality control systems, GDS scripting, and business analysis.

• Enhance agent productivity, achieve end-to-end automation, and uphold operational quality through cutting-edge technology solutions.

• Report to the Manager of Automation Development, ensuring effective communication across departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in corporate travel with direct involvement in Travel Quality Systems and GDS scripting.

• Familiarity with Concur Compleat, iQCX, AQUA, etc.

• Knowledge of Sabre Scribe or Sabre Red Apps.

• Proficient in Amadeus Smart Scripts/ Smart Flows/ Quality Monitor.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least two GDS platforms (Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport Plus), alongside an understanding of industry norms and standards in corporate travel.

• Exhibits strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, effectively setting and managing expectations with both internal and external partners.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities, working independently, and consistently delivering high-quality results on schedule.
