⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, ideally within the IT sector.

• A degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and best practices for efficiency.

• An analytical mindset capable of synthesizing complex information.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• We are looking for team members who reside in Portugal or are willing and legally eligible to live and work there.
