This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Identify, establish, and enhance strategic partnerships with local banks, payment service providers, card schemes, settlement banks, and prominent fintech companies to create a reliable, compliant, and scalable fiat infrastructure.
β’ Propel the growth of local fiat capabilities, which include domestic pay-in and payout channels, bank transfers, card acquiring, wallet solutions, merchant settlement options, and other regulated payment methods that facilitate user deposits and withdrawals in local currency.
β’ Oversee the entire enterprise sales and partnership lifecycle, which encompasses market mapping, prospecting, outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, due diligence, and cross-functional execution to expedite partner onboarding and go-live timelines.
β’ Cultivate and maintain senior relationships across banks, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, payment processors, and major merchants, utilizing market insights and regulatory positioning to unlock vital partnerships.
β’ Lead comprehensive onboarding and implementation processes, which involve due diligence, commercial negotiations, regulatory reviews, fund flow alignment, technical integration, testing, settlement readiness, reconciliation design, and go-live optimization.
β’ Consistently monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, banking environment, and shifts in the payment ecosystem to refine regional strategy and aid broader fiat and payments expansion.
β’ Track and achieve ambitious KPIs, including fiat channel launches, on/off-ramp coverage, active users and merchants, partner activation, transaction success rates, settlement efficiency, and measurable payment volume growth.
β’ 6β10 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, acquiring, digital wallets, or related financial services, with a strong understanding of payment infrastructure, domestic rails, settlement flows, reconciliation, risk controls, and partner integration models.
β’ Demonstrated enterprise business development experience with the capacity to originate, structure, negotiate, and manage complex partnerships involving banks, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, wallet providers, and other regulated financial institutions.
β’ Experience in working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Treasury, and Operations teams to launch or scale fiat/payment products in regulated environments.
β’ Strong existing network across PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, banks, or financial institutions in the APAC region.
β’ Fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage.
