Business Partner – Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Champion sales excellence and foster data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

• Function as a trusted advisor to Sales, ensuring meticulous forecasting, robust pipeline management, and effective GTM execution.

• Evaluate pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity to deliver actionable insights.

• Recognize performance gaps and successful patterns in deal execution for tangible enhancements.

• Utilize and expand the GTM technology stack, particularly HubSpot and Tableau reporting.

• Create and oversee the sales operating rhythm, encompassing forecast calls, pipeline assessments, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Assist Sales teams in assessing strategic opportunities and potential deal risks.

• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps for transparency and cohesion in GTM execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting in a B2B context.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Solid comprehension of sales processes, pipeline management, and structured forecasting discipline.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including advanced reporting, automation, and utilizing AI capabilities.

• Skilled in Tableau and interested in scalable GTM reporting frameworks.

• Natural commercial instinct paired with a keen curiosity about deal dynamics and strategic opportunities.

• Ability to maintain composure and organization in complex situations while communicating clearly.
