This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate service and operational workflows to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then design and implement process improvements.
• Assess service volume, job completion durations, workload trends, and technician utilization to assist in resource and capacity planning.
• Adjust scheduling and staffing based on analytical insights.
• Create and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Utilize performance metrics to initiate corrective actions in underperforming areas.
• Examine parts and equipment usage, lead times, shortages, and purchasing trends.
• Establish enhanced inventory protocols, reorder points, and vendor management systems.
• Review supplier and vendor performance, leading contract renegotiations, modifications, or transitions.
• Conduct operational cost and variance analyses and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Analyze historical operational data for forecasting and strategic business planning.
• Create and implement process maps and standardized workflows in collaboration with the operations and service teams.
• Assess process changes post-launch, iterate, and monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Compile analytical reports for ownership and operational leadership that result in actionable implementation plans and designated execution responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with the owner and operations team in a part-time remote capacity.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience in translating data analysis into executed operational changes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with practical experience working with operational or business data.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and various business productivity software.
• Capability to organize and interpret data and convert insights into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision, utilizing judgment on actions and timing.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to follow through from analysis to execution to outcomes.
• Adaptable and resilient.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback and corrections.
• Must be a collaborative team player.
• Adherence to a zero-tolerance policy for THC (including Delta-8/Hemp) and CBD; must comply with pre-employment and random testing requirements.
