Business Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations by managing workflows, enhancing internal processes, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.

• Create company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines to improve structure and clarity.

• Detect inefficiencies within business operations and introduce effective solutions to boost overall performance.

• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that teams are aligned with essential business objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Manage the dissemination of critical business information, ensuring the Executive receives timely access to pertinent insights.

• Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to promote seamless operations and informed decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with the client to discover opportunities for business scalability and efficiency.

• Apply best practices and assist in long-term strategic planning efforts to foster sustainable growth.

• Act as the primary contact for your client’s emails, phone calls, and other forms of professional communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a communication-intensive role at a reputable organization, showcasing strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English, with exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills.

• An undergraduate degree is preferred, although relevant work experience is also highly regarded.

• Certifications such as an MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA will be viewed as a significant advantage.
