This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain both regular and one-off operational reports, crafting polished presentations that convert business activities into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
• Assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing margins and operational efficiencies, such as process redesign, workflow automation, and cost/efficiency analysis, collaborating with teams throughout the organization.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and autonomously manage smaller projects and ad-hoc analyses as business priorities evolve.
• Facilitate process improvement and reporting automation efforts that transition manual workflows to modern, AI-enhanced tools, including agentic workflows that minimize hands-on reporting tasks.
• Oversee and report on operational metrics—such as quota attainment, SLA performance, and related measures—that inform Sales and functional compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and consistent application.
• Serve as the liaison between Finance and Functional leadership—Sales, Customer Success, Support, and others—to align on objectives, identify issues early, and drive collaborative initiatives to fruition.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless data integration from operational platforms (Jira, Zendesk) and Sales and Finance back-office systems into reporting, addressing discrepancies before they impact the data.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, FP&A, revenue operations, or a similar analytical/operational role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proficient in reporting and analysis, capable of transforming raw operational data from various systems into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Hands-on experience participating in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc initiatives, with an increasing capacity to independently manage smaller projects.
• Experience in creating leadership-level reports and presentations, effectively translating operational and financial data into materials that facilitate decision-making.
• Familiarity with operational and support platforms (Jira, Zendesk, or equivalent) and Sales and Finance back-office systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks) sufficient to extract, interpret, and reconcile data across systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
• AI-forward and focused on process improvement, with a proven history of utilizing AI and automation tools—including agentic workflows—to automate manual reporting and optimize operations.
• Demonstrated ability to create SOPs and introduce structure, accuracy, and automation to manual operational and financial processes.
• Comfortable managing an operational metric end-to-end and influencing its direction, including metrics that inform compensation plans (e.g., quota attainment, SLA performance).
• Strong judgment regarding prioritization and escalation; adept at coordinating with contractors or support staff as necessary.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging credibly with Finance leadership and Functional leaders throughout the organization.
