Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Supervise daily business operations to ensure seamless execution across various departments.

• Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Marketing, Development, Design, and Risk.

• Assess operational performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Execute and refine internal processes and workflows.

• Monitor and report on essential business metrics.

• Oversee and track ongoing projects.

• Ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with priority levels.

• Collaborate closely with developers and designers for improvements on the website and products.

• Maintain documentation and timelines for projects.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners.

• Foster relationships with influencers, trading communities, and industry partners.

• Evaluate affiliate performance and suggest optimization strategies.

• Assist in partnership negotiations and follow-up processes.

• Coordinate updates and enhancements to the website.

• Assess user experience and conversion performance.

• Identify opportunities for increasing lead generation and sales.

• Report bugs and track resolutions.

• Keep an eye on competitors, industry trends, promotions, and product launches.

• Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, affiliate programs, and marketing strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on competitor analysis.

• Recommend actions and improvements based on market insights.

• Propose and manage marketing initiatives.

• Generate creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and customer retention strategies.

• Assist with email marketing strategies and automation workflows.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

• Identify chances to automate repetitive tasks.

• Implement AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Aid in the creation of AI-driven workflows for reporting, support, marketing, and research.

• Compile weekly reports encompassing: Business performance, Operations updates, Affiliate performance, Marketing initiatives, Competitor insights, Project status, and AI and automation advancements.

• Preferred experience in trading, fintech, prop firms, crypto, or online financial services.

• Proficient with CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
