Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly check-ins with customers and address customer issues in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Maintain CRM cleanliness, generate pipeline reports, and prepare briefing materials and demos for active deals.

• Oversee the recruiting pipeline by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings for non-executive positions.

• Organize BDR standup meetings, evaluate outbound sequences, and identify coaching opportunities for the CEO.

• Develop internal automations and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual and repetitive tasks across the organization.

• Serve as the CEO's key support at an AI-driven procurement platform, creating the operational framework for the $12T CPG industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG — Business Analyst/Associate Consultant level) or in a top-tier investment banking role. Candidates lacking this background will not be considered.

• 2 to 6 years of overall experience — pre-MBA profile; candidates with over 8 years of experience will not be considered.

• Post-MBB operational experience in a startup setting (such as Founder, Chief of Staff, Special Projects, or early-stage operator) — must excel in unstructured environments.

• Possess an AI-native mindset — actively engages with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or similar technologies daily to automate and enhance work efficiency.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain, or the CPG industry.

• Familiarity with APIs, light scripting (Python/SQL), or no-code automation tools.
