This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Recruiting leadership team regarding long-term vision, organizational structure, team effectiveness, and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting and recruiting leadership to oversee planning cycles, including goal-setting and resource allocation.
• Create and uphold operating frameworks that align recruiting capacity, workflows, and resources with business needs across client groups and talent profiles.
• Convert high-level business objectives into actionable team plans and measurable results.
• Establish a comprehensive suite of recruiting metrics to assess operations and goal achievement.
• Develop and manage operational plans and rhythms that utilize metrics and reporting to monitor progress, identify challenges and trends, and enhance performance.
• Conduct data-driven business planning and root cause analysis that leads to actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to ensure reliable, actionable metrics, process design, data integrity, and supporting tools.
• Define and document operating standards across the recruiting function.
• Create mechanisms to monitor adherence to processes and identify gaps; partner with managers and individual contributors to implement corrections.
• Foster accountability to team commitments.
• Transform initial recruiting leadership concepts into detailed, executable plans and oversee their execution until completion and adoption.
• Manage wide-ranging programs such as recruiter onboarding, documentation and playbook creation, and operating rhythm design.
• Collaborate with Recruiting leadership and stakeholders from HR, Finance, Legal, and Business on cross-department initiatives.
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships, including contracts, onboarding, performance oversight, and renewals.
• Utilize responsible AI solutions with support from the internal Automation Engineering team.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategy & operations, special projects, or a similarly structured analytical and operational field.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop frameworks, and independently drive solutions.
• Background in designing effective processes that incorporate automation.
• Commitment to unlocking optimizations through AI.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Highly skilled in data analysis, metrics design, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish, including cross-functional collaboration and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear narratives.
• Comfortable interacting directly with senior stakeholders.
• Capable of holding others accountable to standards with clarity and professionalism, while balancing empathy and a focus on enablement.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, able to manage a diverse and shifting workload without close supervision.
• Owner’s mindset with a high level of accountability and consideration for planning and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
