This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist in the launch of key products and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to product quality assurance and testing prior to releases.
• Oversee and manage demo environments and demo accounts.
• Develop product presentations and supporting documents for initial client discussions.
• Collect, structure, and analyze data to aid business decisions across operations, growth, product, and human resources.
• Collaborate with Pasito’s data team to produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators tracking.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and relevant materials for executive meetings and strategic projects.
• Assist in coordinating cross-team projects by monitoring timelines, action items, and communication with stakeholders.
• Follow up with team members to ensure that deliverables are on schedule and deadlines are met.
• Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, and updates on status.
• Aid in the execution of company-wide initiatives and special projects.
• Support the documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of internal processes and workflows.
• Manage internal tools and systems, ensuring they are correctly configured, organized, and effectively utilized across teams.
• Assist in coordinating regular team meetings, operating rhythms, and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain internal documentation, knowledge bases, and project trackers to guarantee information is accurate and accessible.
• Support the administration and organization of internal tools and systems.
• Aid in onboarding processes to facilitate new hires' successful ramp-up.
• Collaborate with Pasito’s event coordinator to arrange internal events, team gatherings, and offsite activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, technology, or a related field (or significant internship experience in a dynamic environment).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys establishing structure, enhancing processes, and discovering more efficient working methods.
• Strong analytical abilities: comfortable extracting data, creating spreadsheets, and translating numbers into a coherent narrative.
• High sense of ownership. You are willing to tackle both routine tasks and strategic projects with equal commitment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity. Pasito operates at a fast pace; changes energize you rather than frustrate you.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, ClickUp, or similar project management and documentation platforms. Previous experience in a startup, AI-focused, or high-growth company is advantageous.
