This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, performance drivers, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Convert business inquiries into analytical methodologies that support decision-making processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across reporting platforms.
• Spearhead the strategic development of AI and Copilot within the Division.
• Optimize and automate recurring data processes for efficiency.
• Construct and refine data pipelines using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, SQL, Excel, or other data integration tools.
• Maintain data integrity through thorough quality checks, documentation, and adherence to governance practices.
• Keep data dictionaries, definitions, and reporting standards up to date.
• Produce both recurring and ad hoc performance reports.
• Analyze and convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in the creation, tracking, and enhancement of KPIs.
• Offer analytical support for business cases, forecasting models, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to develop analytics solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Tableau and best practices for reporting.
• Deliver training or documentation regarding dashboards, data definitions, and insights.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Tableau and Power BI, including best practices for dashboard development and visualization.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, advanced Excel, Power Query, Python, or comparable tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality.
• Skill in managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across all levels.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Quick to learn relevant tools such as Alteryx and SQL Server.
