Business Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Supports the Business Intelligence team by participating in meetings.

• Gathers data from both internal and external clients to create reports and operational dashboards.

• Compiles operational reports to aid in decision-making processes.

• Offers operational assistance by organizing meetings and preparing materials for leadership.

• Acquires foundational knowledge of the organization, its operational processes, and relevant policies or regulations.

• Carries out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree is required, or an equivalent level of work experience that provides insight into fundamental theories and concepts.

• A conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures is necessary.

• General knowledge of business concepts gained through education or experience is applicable.
