Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute data analysis, data collection frameworks, and various strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and quality.

• Gather and integrate data from multiple software platforms, including legacy systems, to deliver thorough analysis.

• Perform cross-functional data analysis to examine correlations among various data sets such as productivity, customer feedback, and safety metrics, fostering business insights and strategic decision-making.

• Identify, assess, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets sourced from diverse origins.

• Aid in the planning and eventual integration of multiple systems into a cohesive platform.

• Present findings and recommend enhancements to ensure effective territory cost management and customer satisfaction.

• Undertake any additional tasks related to data and business analysis as assigned periodically.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a similar field.

• Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple data sources.

• Established experience utilizing AI-driven analytics and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency, streamline reporting, generate business insights, and facilitate data-driven decision making.

• In-depth knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.

• Understanding of statistics and experience with statistical software for dataset analysis.

• Experience with logistics and route optimization tools such as Route4Me, Llamasoft, or similar applications.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information from various sources with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with multiple software platforms and the skill to effectively extract and consolidate data.

• Proficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
