This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the Molecular Imaging business unit in Canada, focusing on market expansion, commercial success, and long-term strategic development.
• Formulate and execute market strategies that enhance market share, foster profitable growth, and align product priorities with both customer and industry demands.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and collaborate with Sales leadership to identify, shape, and secure high-value business opportunities.
• Assume responsibility for business planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure disciplined execution and sustainable profit margins.
• Act as the representative of Siemens Healthineers at customer forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance market visibility and establish thought leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Support teams to convert strategy into operational outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in molecular imaging, medical technology, or a closely related commercial or product management environment.
• Strong strategic and commercial insight with a demonstrated ability to drive growth, manage complexities, and influence outcomes within a matrix organization.
• In-depth understanding of the Canadian molecular imaging market and the capability to translate customer insights and clinical data into commercial strategies.
• Executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and credibility with customers, internal stakeholders, and diverse audiences.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives, balance competing priorities, and achieve results through collaboration and disciplined implementation.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time, as necessary.
• Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
