This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee a varied portfolio of business operations and reporting activities.
• Create and develop intricate presentations, reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Ensure consistency of metrics throughout the organization.
• Serve as a technical lead and resource for team members.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on major initiatives.
• Streamline, enhance, and simplify the reporting framework.
• Consolidate data across various organizational platforms.
• Employ data visualization methods and tools to aid multiple business units.
• Drive enterprise data visualization requirements and ensure they align with overall strategies.
• Gather and clearly communicate information needs for data and business partners.
• Identify required data elements to meet reporting demands.
• Refine existing reports to eliminate inaccuracies and redundancies.
• Execute ad-hoc reporting and analysis for derived insights.
• Communicate project updates and system functionalities.
• Offer advisory and consultative support for multi-format data visualization.
• Conduct functional and enterprise-level analyses and provide recommendations.
• Lead or facilitate remediation strategies for performance, risk, and governance challenges.
• Manage relationships across various business lines, corporate functions, and control departments.
• Provide thought leadership and share industry insights.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of team capabilities.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project developments and daily activities.
• Represent the business area and TD Bank as a brand ambassador.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree preferred, such as in mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science.
• A graduate degree is highly preferred.
• Progressive project experience may be considered alongside a graduate degree.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise and industry reporting, as well as business intelligence platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Expertise in utilizing organizational data sources and integrating data across various platforms.
• Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Capability to work across multiple business units and engage various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills at senior and executive levels.
• Ability to manage complex projects that require specialized knowledge or cross-functional process integration.
• Competency in overseeing or independently executing tasks from start to finish.
• Adherence to internal and external standards, financial controls, segregation of duties, and transaction approvals.
• Skills in conducting research, analysis, and risk/governance assessments.
• Capability to perform sedentary work, operate standard office equipment, multitask, and maintain focus for extended periods.
• Occasional domestic travel required; no international travel anticipated.
• Base salary ranging from $91,000.00 to $136,240.00 USD.
