This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the Business Intelligence (BI) product roadmap by aligning customer priorities with the enterprise and departmental goals set by the Data & Analytics leadership.
• Collaborate with the Reporting Director to ensure business requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and effectively communicated, while facilitating the successful delivery and adoption of reporting and analytics solutions.
• Work alongside business stakeholders throughout the organization to gather, analyze, and prioritize their reporting and analytics needs.
• Maintain input for the BI product backlog, transforming business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the delivery team.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to utilize agile prototyping methods to convert user needs and business ideas into early product concepts, quickly gather feedback, and refine BI products before broader delivery.
• Document and uphold business requirements, success criteria, and user experience expectations for approved BI products and capabilities, ensuring each product is effective, reliable, and adopted by the business.
• Work alongside data governance and data owners to understand the level of trust, quality, and readiness of BI data sources, and effectively communicate that confidence level to business users.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and BI delivery teams, consolidating user needs, feedback, challenges, and adoption insights to aid in prioritization decisions and product enhancements.
• Monitor and report on agreed-upon KPIs related to BI product usage, performance, and business value, providing insights to Data & Analytics leadership and delivery teams to guide prioritization, adoption strategies, and product enhancements.
• Support initiatives that encourage the appropriate use of both governed reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Promote the adoption of BI products and analytics capabilities through stakeholder engagement, communication, and user enablement.
• Proven experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or BI/Analytics lead, preferably within a business intelligence or data function.
• Strong comprehension of business intelligence concepts, including data modeling, reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Practical experience with leading BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated capability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable analytics products.
• Experience in supporting backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment, ideally in an Agile delivery environment.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the skill to engage both business and technical audiences.
• A solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and how to convey the reliability and appropriate use of BI products to business audiences.
• Experience in defining and monitoring product success metrics, including product adoption and usage.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to link analytics products to tangible business value.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft data stack (Power BI and Microsoft Fabric) is an advantage.
