Business Intelligence Developer, Python Streamlit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and develop an internal Python library aimed at streamlining and standardizing the development of Streamlit applications throughout the organization.

• Create reusable user interface components, layout templates, and wrappers for AI/LLM within the library.

• Implement best practices in software development, encompassing version control, package distribution, documentation, and automated testing.

• Maintain and enhance legacy Tableau and Looker dashboards.

• Ensure the stability and availability of existing data systems while gradually transitioning workloads to Streamlit-based tools.

• Collaborate with the dbt team to define scopes and requirements for updating current DBT data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical proficiency in software engineering, dashboard development, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies.

• Solid foundational knowledge of Python.

• Proficient in working within Agile methodologies.

• Python experience: 3+ years.

• Database experience: 2+ years.

• SQL experience: 2+ years.

• Data engineering experience: 1+ years.

• Experience using AI, specifically 1+ years of development with AI coding agents.

• Familiarity with Streamlit, AI agent skills development, dashboard development, Snowflake or other data platforms, DBT, machine learning/artificial intelligence, and Tableau or Looker is preferred (nice to have).
