Business Intelligence Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical authority on extensive and/or intricate information requests or projects related to SAP.

• Function as a liaison and specialist for business partners and clients regarding information solutions, including reporting, OLAP, dashboards/scorecards, data stores, and methods for data access and analysis.

• Convert business requirements for projects and large-scale initiatives into data analysis and reporting solutions for SAP.

• Adhere to Data Management processes and procedures while contributing to the formulation of data definitions, business rules, and data access methods.

• Evaluate trends and provide recommendations to business partners.

• Design, develop, code, implement, and troubleshoot reporting applications, including the design and integration with back-end databases and data marts.

• Assist in the development and revision of coding standards for the team to maintain consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in reporting and data analysis.

• Collaborate with IT on database design, data mart configuration, and the technical framework of the data delivery environment.

• Engage in and/or lead the assessment of future data delivery and analysis methods and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in IT systems and/or Business Intelligence.

• More than 4 years of SAP Administration experience.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP.

• Exceptional project management abilities and experience overseeing large projects.

• Outstanding analytical skills.

• Adaptable and capable of swiftly changing priorities and direction as needed.

• Proficient in creating and delivering clear and concise reports.

• Capable of collaborating with individuals on a global scale.

• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, may be necessary.

• Ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing job responsibilities.
