Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Assess customer and Deringer data along with processes to provide actionable insights and solutions.

• Create reports and dashboards.

• Recognize trends and compliance deficiencies.

• Offer recommendations to enhance processes, systems, and customer results.

• Assist in system optimization and promote cross-functional collaboration.

• Support the onboarding and implementation of new application systems and tools.

• Work with operations to utilize systems and technology for increased efficiency.

• Generate reports and analyze data to pinpoint compliance issues and training needs.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and implement focused training programs.

• Keep track of industry and regulatory changes and suggest updates to systems or processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in import operations, which includes processing entries and managing regulatory obligations.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or other tools for manipulating spreadsheets, encompassing data analysis and reporting.
