Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

• Create and sustain ongoing reports and dashboards.

• Perform fundamental analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, throughput, and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp data requirements and convert them into reporting specifications.

• Aid in developing clear and comprehensible "proof of concepts" from intricate data sets.

• Contribute to data quality initiatives by verifying report accuracy and spotting discrepancies.

• Document reporting procedures, definitions, and methodologies.

• Suggest enhancements to current reports or dashboards.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate data collection, standardization, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, or a related discipline.

• You have over 1 year of experience in operations or other data-centric roles.

• You have shown proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and advanced modeling, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and pivot charts.

• You thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy collaborating across departments, and are a proactive individual who accomplishes tasks efficiently.

• You have a foundational understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce.

• You are detail-oriented and capable of quickly learning and adopting new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• You are well-organized and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
