This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee and handle employment-based immigration cases from the initial stage to final submission and resolution.
• Compose petitions, applications, support letters, forms, and filing packages for attorney evaluation.
• Prepare documentation for H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, H-4, L-2, E-2 dependent, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, and other relevant employment-based immigration issues.
• Engage directly with foreign nationals, HR professionals, managers, and client representatives to discuss case requirements, timelines, and updates on status.
• Review case documents to identify missing elements or potential concerns that require attorney intervention.
• Compile and arrange supporting documents and exhibits for submission filings.
• Monitor case deadlines, expirations, and government processing milestones to guarantee timely submissions and follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other inquiries from government agencies.
• Keep organized and legally compliant electronic case files and records.
• Join client calls, status meetings, and internal discussions on case strategies as necessary.
• Work alongside attorneys and team members to pinpoint process enhancements and ensure top-notch client service.
• Maintain precise case notes and documentation within the firm’s case management systems.
• Stay updated on immigration process modifications, agency developments, and firm protocols.
• Engage in mandatory training and professional development initiatives.
• 1–4 years of experience in business immigration within a law firm or corporate immigration setting.
• Experience in preparing a high volume of Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) and Immigrant Visa (IV) matters for corporate clients.
• Proficient in case preparation for H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status.
• Skilled in drafting immigration support letters and assembling complex filing packages.
• Experience in direct communication with foreign nationals as well as HR or global mobility professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Familiarity with immigration case management systems like INSZoom, Docketwise, LawLogix, or similar tools.
