This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate service providers, law firms, registrars, consulting firms, and prominent industry influencers. Foster a consistent partner-driven pipeline to yield high-quality client referrals.
• Engage with pertinent fiduciary and industry associations, negotiate sponsorship deals, and participate in events to secure introductions to strategic partners.
• Plan and coordinate events for partners with assistance from the marketing team to enhance relationships, generate leads, and boost brand visibility.
• Conduct focused meetings with high-potential partners and top clients to stimulate referrals and uncover new account opportunities.
• Represent the company at corporate, legal, and industry conferences to broaden networks and identify partnership opportunities.
• Identify and connect with key entrepreneurial and business communities in technology, IT, e-commerce, digital marketing, and other sectors. Establish partnerships or sponsorships to position the company and its founders as trusted leaders in the industry.
• Onboard new partners and ensure their clients experience a swift, effective, and prioritized onboarding process. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold quality and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated experience in **B2B partnerships / business development**
• Strong capability to **develop and manage partner networks** (legal, consulting, corporate services)
• Experience in facilitating **partner-led or referral-based client acquisition**
• Exceptional **relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills**
• Background in **event participation and networking within industry ecosystems**
• Ability to work **independently with a strong sense of ownership and execution focus**
