This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Become part of a thriving U.S.-based healthcare organization that collaborates with healthcare providers, home care agencies, and medical facilities.
• Assist in broadening the network of healthcare partners through outbound sales and relationship building.
• Arrange qualified meetings with decision-makers from healthcare organizations.
• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to present the company's services.
• Create qualified sales opportunities through proactive business development initiatives.
• Ensure consistent communication throughout the sales process to enhance appointment conversion.
• Prior experience in **Appointment Setting, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Development Representative (SDR)** roles is essential.
• Previous experience in remote work or as a Virtual Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the **healthcare, home care, nursing, medical staffing, healthcare consulting, or medical services industry** is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with a professional, articulate, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong confidence in making high-volume outbound calls.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments through outbound prospecting.
• Comfortable engaging with executives, healthcare professionals, and business decision-makers.
• Strong sales and business development mindset.
• Persistent and resilient when faced with objections and rejection.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and lead management abilities.
• Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision and proactively identifies opportunities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Quick to learn new systems and adaptable to changing workflows.
• Must be willing to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on as required.
• Must possess relevant and verifiable work experience.
• Must have no other clients during required working hours.

• Internet: Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
